Division 20 Center Street Improvement is part of the Division 20 Turnback Facility Project. The design intentions are providing safe and pleasant pedestrian walking experience along the new Turnback facility. YKD led extensive communication and coordination between other on-going projects and project stakeholders such as Art District, Link US project, Regional Connector, and the new ESOC to ensure Center Street’s landscape design is cohesive within the larger context, and to protect the project’s overall integrity.

Close coordination with the civil and electrical team as well as the Turnback Portal team was critical to ensure the permits need from city agencies were received on time to facilitate project completion.
